ATHENA International Hosts 17th Annual International Womens Leadership Summit

CHICAGO, IL – April 6, 2011 – “Advancing Women’s Leadership: Leading with Impact” is the theme of ATHENA International’s 17th annual International Leadership Summit, which will be held May 2nd & 3rd at the Mid-America Club in Chicago. Dr. Mulu Muleta Receives 2010 Global ATHENA Leadership Award

CHICAGO, IL – April 16, 2010 –ATHENA International awarded Dr. Mulu Muleta, Senior Medical Advisor to Women and Health Alliance International, Ethiopia, the 2010 Global ATHENA Leadership Award at the 16th annual ATHENA Women’s Leadership Summit on April 5 in Chicago.

Heather C. Paquette of KPMG LLP has been named Board Chair for ATHENA International

CHICAGO, IL - April 14, 2010 - Paquette is a partner in the Advisory Services practice of KPMG in Chicago, where she serves as the Midwest leader for external audit information technology. KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing audit, tax and advisory services.

Paquette has served on the ATHENA International Board for almost six years and has focused on creating a community of women both within and outside of KPMG She has spearheaded the national roll-out of the ATHENA Young Professional Leadership Award and ATHENA Leadership Forums to KPMG priority offices.
